Conference Fees

Necessary Participation Fees:

• External participants: 550 Euro (without evening event)
• Doctoral students (with proof): 255 Euro (without evening event)
• Direct students of Merseburg university of Applied Sciences (with proof, without evening event): Free
• Employees of Merseburg university of Applied Sciences (Department INW): Free (without evening event)
• Day pass: 300 Euro (without evening event)

Optional Event:

• Evening event: 80 Euro
• Evening event for direct students of Merseburg University of Applied Sciences: 40 Euro
• City tour (max. 40 people): Free

Tax Rates:

• 7% tax rate: Participants, doctoral students (with proof), direct students of Merseburg University of Applied Sciences (with proof, without evening event), employees of Merseburg University of Applied Sciences (Department INW), or day pass
• 19% tax rate: Evening event

Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellation up to 31.03.2024: Fixed amount of 50 Euro
• Cancellation from 01.04.2024 up to 04.06.2023: 50% of the total fees
• Cancellation from 05.06.2024: 100% of the total fees
